A place for healing, remembrance, and hope after overdosed loss.
September’s Honey Foundation offers faith-based education, encouragement, and support for individuals and families impacted by addiction, overdose, and grief. Our resources are created to reduce stigma, support healthy conversations, and provide comfort rooted in compassion and hope.
Our Mission
The mission of September’s Honey Foundation is to provide faith-based education, comfort, and compassionate support to individuals and families impacted by addiction, overdose, and grief.
We exist to reduce stigma, encourage understanding, and walk alongside families with hope, dignity, and love.
Our Vision
We envision a world where families affected by addiction and overdose are met with compassion instead of judgment, understanding instead of silence, and hope instead of shame.
A world where every life is honored, every story is treated with dignity, and no family walks through grief alone.
Addiction & Overdose Awareness & Family Support
This program is offered through a series of faith-centered educational modules. Each module may be used on its own or alongside the others.
Module 1: Understanding Addiction Without Judgment
Faith-based educational module designed to help families understand addiction with compassion, release shame, and recognize that love and effort were present even when answers were not.
A faith-based awareness module that gently explores subtle signs of addiction and explains why missing them does not mean families failed. This module helps replace hindsight guilt with compassion and understanding.
Talking About Addiction With Compassion
A faith-based educational module that helps families learn how to talk about addiction with love, honesty, and grace. This module focuses on language that opens doors instead of creating shame or distance.
A faith-based awareness module focused on understanding overdose with compassion, breaking stigma, honoring lives with dignity, and holding space for hope — even after loss.
